Ethereal Space is the first commercial company to build a dedicated space weather satellite constellation as a sentry to monitor potentially hazardous solar activity and conditions on the Sun, in the solar wind, magnetosphere and ionosphere which can degrade, damage, or devastate all spacecraft in orbit and the Earth-based industries which rely upon them.
To observe space weather, our Low Earth Orbit (LEO) spacecraft constellation measures phenomena identified by NOAA, NASA, and DoD as key to understanding this activity. Our instruments were originally designed to provide this capability as part of previous US government funded programs and each instrument has already demonstrated successful collection of the required data in on-orbit operations.
Our proprietary dataset is analyzed by our domestic and international civil and government customers to improve space weather forecasting. As the sole provider of our constantly updated set of observational data, Ethereal Space is uniquely well positioned to provide these organizations the data to protect the multi-billion dollar commercial and government investments which have created today’s thriving space economy.
